Single Commercial Transactions and their Juridical Applications // Dr. Yusuf ibn 'Abdullaah Al-Khudhair |
Professor at As-Siyaasah Ash-Shar'iyyah Department, Higher Judicial Institute, Imam
Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University. |
All praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds, and may Allah's peace and blessings be upon the most honourable Prophet, Muhammad, his family and companions. The commercial law has long been divorced from the civil law, both with regard to the terms and conditions it has stipulated and the characteristics that distinguish it from other laws. It is the law enacted to regulate various commercial activities and exchanges among different businessmen. Subsequently, the commercial law has selected a group of activities and transactions which have become part of the dealings governed by it including those termed "single commercial transactions" which form the major part of this law and from which many commercial disputes arise among businessmen. |
