To achieve swift justice, the Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is carrying out several strategic projects for the development of various sectors. The success of such projects requires continuous coordination, as well as observation of best practices for project management, including planning, and management of change, time, and risks. It is also essential that there is effective communication between all stakeholders, as well as knowledge of the project status at various stages. Therefore, there has been a need for an organizational structure that provides for the necessary supervision and support for professional and standardized project management. In order to achieve this goal, the Minister of Justice launched the PMO on 23/3/1437 A.H. (3/1/2016 C.E.).
