<ol><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Log into Najiz platform using National Single Sign-On credentials</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on “All Electronic Services”</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on “Licenses” package</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on the service “Apply for foreign law firm license”</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on “New application”.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Provide the required details of the headquarters, representative partners and their experiences. Upload the required documents.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Agree to the terms and confirm the accuracy of information.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on "Submit application".</li></ol>
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> Information of the foreign law firm at the headquarter and branches. (minimum of three branches). </li><li> Information of the necessary licenses to practice the legal profession for the office at the headquarter and branches. </li><li> A statement of the number of employees for each branch, (Three employees of the branch practicing legal profession as a minimum ). </li><li> Information of licenses to practice the legal profession and the practical experiences of the partners. </li></ul>

<li>Document appointing the firm’s legal representative</li>
<li>Declaration by the firm confirming the accuracy of the information and documents submitted</li>
<li>Documents relating to any merger or acquisition</li>
<li>Copy of the firm’s current license</li>
<li>Copy of the firm’s articles of incorporation or bylaws</li>
<li>Proof of continuous licensure/good standing</li>
</ul>
<ul><li style="text-align: left;">Licenses and attached documents must be authenticated by the Saudi Embassy in the country from which the documents are issued</li></ul>
