File an enforcement application

This electronic service enables users to submit enforcement documents for various types of enforcement applications, including financial, direct enforcement, and personal status matters

Access the Service

Steps

<ol><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Navigate to "All Electronic Services"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select the "Enforcement" package</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose the "File an enforcement application" service</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on "New Application"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Specify the type of application</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Enter the enforcement applicant's details</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Enter the enforcement debtor's details</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Enter the application details. (Upload a copy of the enforcement document, or its Arabic translation if the original is not Arabic.)</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Submit application</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The applicant receives a notification including the application number</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The application can be tracked via the Najiz.sa platform</li></ol>

Service Requirements

<ol><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Completing the profile information on the Najiz platform</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Active IBAN linked with the enforcement applicant’s ID</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Attachment of required documents based on the type of enforcement document</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Valid PoA providing for the powers: “enforcement application; declaration” for agent</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The following details on the enforcement debtor</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Type of enforcement debtor :(individual, corporation, etc.)</li></ol><ul><li style="text-align: left;">Full name</li><li style="text-align: left;">Nationality</li><li style="text-align: left;">ID type</li><li style="text-align: left;">ID number </li><li style="text-align: left;">Address if available</li></ul>

Should Know

<ul><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The service does not require an in-person visit to the court</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The user must be the enforcement applicant or his agent, or a legal representative of a legal entity</li></ul>
