Service Requirements

<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li>Attach scans of the title deed, front and back.</li><li>Attach scans of the supporting files, if any. </li><li>The title deed must not be registered before. </li><li>Survey decision or real estate ID </li></ul>

Should Know

<ul><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">The document must be valid.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">The document should not have been registered previously, and this can be verified through the Real Estate Service.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">The entered document details must reflect what is stated in the document.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">The property details (city name, neighborhood name, plot number, and plan number) must be correct and match what is in the document or the letter issued by the relevant authority, along with an attached copy of it.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">To upload a notice of document deficiencies, the following fields must be filled out:</li></ul><p style="text-align: left;">Document number</p><p style="text-align: left;">Document date</p><p style="text-align: left;">Document source</p><p style="text-align: left;">Document owners</p><ul><li style="text-align: left;">Then click the "Upload Deficiency Notice" button below the document details.</li></ul>
