<p style="text-align: left;"> Log in to Najiz platform using National Single Sign-On</p><p style="text-align: left;"> Select "All Electronic Services"</p><p style="text-align: left;">Choose "Powers of Attorney and Declarations"</p><p style="text-align: left;"> Access "Register power of attorney" service</p><p style="text-align: left;"> Click "Use the service"</p><p style="text-align: left;">Specify the type of PoA</p><p style="text-align: left;"> Enter the required details of the principal(s), agent(s), and PoA terms and duration)</p><p style="text-align: left;">Click on "Submit application"</p><p style="text-align: left;">The applicant completes the issuance process via the Virtual Notarial Office</p>
Service Requirements
<p style="text-align: left;">Providing the national ID or residency permit numbers and dates of birth for the power of attorney parties (principal, agent)</p>
Should Know
<ul><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> For certain types of identity documents or legal entities that cannot be processed on the Najiz platform, the power of attorney must be completed through the Virtual Notary Service.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> If the user is elderly, ill, or has special needs, the power of attorney must be completed through the Mobile Notary Service.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Powers of attorney for prison inmates may be registered and completed via self-service kiosks at prison facilities using videoconferencing.</li></ul>
