An electronic Service the enables the enforcement applicant to request reissuing the decisions against the debtor after the end of the agreed grace period

<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> • A valid PoA, if the applicant is an agent on behalf of the beneficiary or is among the parties in the enforcement application • A valid deed of guardianship, if the applicant is the beneficiary's guardian • Application status must be: “Grace period granted' • Grace period has ended • If the enforcement application was filed by several applicants, all of them must file the motion </li></ul>
