<p style="text-align: left;">Factors affecting application acceptance:</p><ol><li style="text-align: left;">The absence of a first defense memorandum, in which case the application is automatically accepted</li><li style="text-align: left;">In the event of a first defense memorandum, the defendant has the right to:</li></ol><ul><li style="text-align: left;">Accept the request, in which case the case is closed and its status becomes terminated by waiver </li><li style="text-align: left;">No response, before the session has started and the request has not been answered in which case it is automatically accepted</li><li style="text-align: left;">If the request is rejected, the case continues its normal course</li><li style="text-align: left;">In the event of multiple defendants, and the application was accepted by some of them and rejected by others, in this case the case will continue its normal course against the parties who rejected the application</li></ul>
