Verify power of attorney

An electronic Service that enables the beneficiary to verify the status and review the articles and clause of the POA issued by the Ministry of Justice and download its decree electronically

Access the Service

Steps

<ol><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Navigate to "All Electronic Services".</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select the "Verification Services" package.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose the "Verify power of attorney" service.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on "New Application".</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Provide the required details: PoA number, and ID number of one of the parties.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on "Verify".</li></ol>

Service Requirements

<ul><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">The presence of an account in the National Single Sign--On System (Absher) for mobile verification.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Power of attorney number.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">ID number of one of the parties.</li></ul>

Should Know

<ul><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The service can be used without logging in to the Najiz platform via the National Single Sign-On system; For this, the user only provides their ID number and complete mobile verification.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The service provides all the details of the requested power of attorney, whether its status is valid or expired.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The service provides a copy of the electronic power of attorney for viewing or printing.</li></ul>
