Service Requirements

Valid power of attorney with real estate transaction authority</li><li> if the applicant is an agent.
Real estate title deed.
Real estate transaction tax reference number from the Zakat</li><li> Tax</li><li> and Customs Authority.

Should Know
<p style="text-align: left;">•<span style="white-space: pre; direction: ltr;"> </span>Transaction details must be registered with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority to obtain a reference number for the real estate transaction tax (payment of the tax amount is not required at this stage).</p><p style="text-align: left;">•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>The system allows the addition of multiple buyers.</p><p>
