Steps
<p style="text-align: left;"> Log in to Najiz platform using National Single Sign-On</p><p style="text-align: left;"> Select "All Electronic Services"</p><p style="text-align: left;">Choose "Powers of Attorney and Declarations"</p><p style="text-align: left;"> Access "Revoke power of attorney" service</p><p style="text-align: left;">Click "New Application"</p><p style="text-align: left;"> Select the PoA you want to revoke</p><p style="text-align: left;"> Click on "Revoke power of attorney"</p><p style="text-align: left;"> The revocation process is performed and all the parties are notified via SMS</p>
Service Requirements
<ul><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The beneficiary must have a previous “valid” or “partially terminated” agency</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> The beneficiary must have an active “ABSHER” account</li></ul>
Should Know
<p style="text-align: left;">The user can revoke the power of attorney electronically through the Najiz platform without the need to visit the notary public in person</p><p style="text-align: left;">A user who has several valid legal capacities can revoke one capacity and keep the rest in the power of attorney</p><p style="text-align: left;">The PoA revocation certificate is issued electronically and can be viewed on the powers of attorney page</p>
