    Description of service

    An e-service that enables filing questions or complaints with their type and classification, and viewing the application progress through the Judicial Communication (1950) page.

    Service steps

    1- 1- Log into the Najiz portal at https://najiz.sa.
    2- 2- Select “Judicial Communication 1950.”.
    3- 3- Select “Create New Ticket.”.
    4- 4- Select type of ticket according to competent entity.
    5- 5- Select primary and secondary category and add attachments.
    6- Select “Send” to create the application ticket. You will be notified of ticket number through an SMS sent to the registered mobile number.
    7- As soon as the ticket has been processed, you will be notified through SMS.

    Post-service procedures

     The system automatically forwards the ticket to the competent entity.
     The service is subject to performance measurement to improve speed and quality.
     The service allows returning application for further details. The client is notified through SMS.
     As soon as the ticket is processed, the client is notified through an SMS sent to the registered mobile number.
     The client can challenge the resolution by filling in a form provided through an SMS or using the Judicial Communication (1950) page.
