File statement of defense
An electronic Service that allows the defendant or their representative to submit their statement of response to the filed claims by the plaintiff before holding the first session

<ol><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Navigate to "All Electronic Services"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select the "Judiciary" package</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose the "File statement of defense" service</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on "New Application"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select the case for which you want to file a statement of defense</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose "Statement of defense"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on "Add new memorandum"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Enter the required details</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on "Submit application"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The user is notified of the application number via SMS</li></ol>
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> Valid agency includes the article of pleading and applying for overturn, if the applicant is an agent to the beneficiary. </li><li> Valid guardianship decree, if the applicant is a guardian to the beneficiary. </li><li> Existing case with the status of 'under consideration'. </li><li> applying for this service before the carrying out of the first hearing. </li></ul>
