Steps
<ol><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Log in to the Najiz Business portal using your National Single Sign-On credentials.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Navigate to "All Electronic Services".</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Select the "Business" package.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Choose the "Activate business account" service.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Click on "Start service".</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Specify the type of registration.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Enter the entity's national number.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Specify the type of document enabling representation.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Enter the required details and upload the necessary attachments.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Confirm the validity of provided information.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Click on "Confirm" to submit the application.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">The user is notified of application approval or rejection via SMS.</li></ol>
Service Requirements
<ul><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">To activate a business account on the Najiz platform, an active entity registration from the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Human Resources, or Ministry of Sports is required. One of the following documents must then be submitted to complete the activation process:</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">For Articles of Association or Bylaws:</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Commercial entities and sole proprietorships: the national establishment number and automated articles of association specifying terms for using judicial services.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Non-profit entities: the national establishment number, registration or licensing documents, and the representative appointment document.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">For Power of Attorney:</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">An agent with an internal power of attorney: the national establishment number and power of attorney number.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">To activate the account, the power of attorney must include authority for pleading, advocacy, claims, and lawsuit filing.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">For enforcement services, it must specify declaration, seizure, and enforcement powers.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">For Bankruptcy Trustee:</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">The unified establishment number, registration or licensing documents, and the court ruling appointing the trustee.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">To access Najiz electronic services, the Articles of Association must include:</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Judicial services:</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Authority for pleading, defense, claims, hearings, lawsuit responses, and court representation.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Enforcement services:</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Powers for conciliation, acceptance or rejection of conciliation, acknowledgment, denial, and waiver.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Notarization services:</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Powers of Attorney: Authorizing others to use Ministry of Justice electronic services.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Declarations: Authorizing others to implement Ministry of Justice electronic services, acknowledgment and denial, and waiver.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Mortgages: the right to mortgage properties, mortgaging properties; mortgaging.</li></ul>
