An electronic service that enables the claim parties to object to the judgement issued by the court of first instance at the court of appeals

Steps

<ol><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Navigate to "All Electronic Services"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select the "Judiciary" package</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose the "Appeal judgment" service</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on "New Application"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select the relevant case</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose "Applications"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Add "New application"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select "Appeal judgment"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on the judgment you want to appeal</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Enter the required details</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on "Submit application"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The user is notified of the application number via SMS</li></ol>



Service Requirements

<ul><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">A valid power of attorney that includes the power to plead and appeal clause, if the applicant is acting as the client's agent or within the case parties</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">A valid guardianship order, if the applicant is the client's legal guardian</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">For commercial cases, the applicant must be a licensed lawyer as per the Commercial Courts Law</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">A nonfinal judgment by a first-instance court for a case that is not small</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Composing the statement of objection in the assigned field and uploading the supporting documents</li></ul>

Should Know

<ul><li style="text-align: left;">The submission of application of objection to judgments must be within the objectional notice of the judgement.</li><li style="text-align: left;">The objectional notice vary based on the case's classification. It starts from delivery of judgment, for judgments in proper persona, and from the notifying of the judgment, in judgements in absentia.</li><li style="text-align: left;">Legal material related to the objections applications are: the Laws of Commercial Courts and its executive regulation, Law of Civil Procedure before Sharia Court and its executive regulation, Law of Criminal Procedures and its executive regulation and the Appealing Regulation.</li></ul>
