Enter the transaction value.</p><p style="text-align: left;">10. Select the seller's IBAN and transaction details.</p><p style="text-align: left;">11. Enter the reference number (application number) for the real estate transaction tax.</p><p style="text-align: left;">12. Review and confirm the transaction details.</p><p>
