Steps

<ol><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Navigate to "All Electronic Services"</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Select the "Judiciary" package.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Choose the "File petition for reconsideration" service</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Click on "New Application"</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Select the relevant case</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Choose "Applications"</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Add "New application".</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Select "File petition for reconsideration"</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Select the relevant judgment</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Enter the required details</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Click on "Submit application"</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">The user is notified of the application number via SMS</li></ol>

Service Requirements

<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> A valid power of attorney that includes the power to plead clause, if the applicant is acting as the client's agent or within the case parties</li><li> A valid guardianship order, if the applicant is the client's legal guardian</li><li> Composing the statement of objection in the assigned field and uploading the supporting documents</li><li> The petition for reconsideration must be according to one of the following situations</li><li> Discovery of forged documents on which the judgment was based</li><li> The applicant finds conclusive documents post-judgment</li><li> Fraud by the adversary impacting the judgment</li><li> Judgment awarded something other than, or exceeding, what was demanded by the litigants</li><li> Inconsistency in the judgment text</li><li> Judgment in absentia</li><li> Judgment against improperly represented persons</li></ul>

Should Know

<p style="text-align: left;">1. The submission of application of objection to judgments must be within the objectional notice of the judgement.
2. The objectional notice vary based on the case's classification. It starts from delivery of judgment, for judgments in proper persona, and from the notifying of the judgment, in judgements in absentia.
Legal material related to the objections applications are: the Laws of Commercial Courts and its executive regulation, Law of Civil Procedure before Sharia Court and its executive regulation, Law of Criminal Procedures and its executive regulation and the Appealing Regulation.
