Service Requirements
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> A valid power of attorney that includes the power to plead clause, if the applicant is acting as the client's agent or within the case parties</li><li> A valid guardianship order, if the applicant is the client's legal guardian</li><li> Composing the statement of objection in the assigned field and uploading the supporting documents</li><li> The petition for reconsideration must be according to one of the following situations</li><li> Discovery of forged documents on which the judgment was based</li><li> The applicant finds conclusive documents post-judgment</li><li> Fraud by the adversary impacting the judgment</li><li> Judgment awarded something other than, or exceeding, what was demanded by the litigants</li><li> Inconsistency in the judgment text</li><li> Judgment in absentia</li><li> Judgment against improperly represented persons</li></ul>

<p style="text-align: left;">1. The submission of application of objection to judgments must be within the objectional notice of the judgement.
2. The objectional notice vary based on the case's classification. It starts from delivery of judgment, for judgments in proper persona, and from the notifying of the judgment, in judgements in absentia.
