<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> Valid agency includes the article of pleading, if the applicant is an agent to the applicant</li><li> Valid guardianship decree, if the applicant is a guardian to the applicant</li><li> The judgment must be 'definite' or 'indefinite'</li></ul>

Legal material related to the objections applications are: the Laws of Commercial Courts and its executive regulation, Law of Civil Procedure before Sharia Court and its executive regulation, Law of Criminal Procedures and its executive regulation and the Appealing Regulation.
