Steps
<p style="text-align: left;">1. Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.</p><p style="text-align: left;">2. Select "All Electronic Services".</p><p style="text-align: left;">3. Select the "Enforcement" package.</p><p style="text-align: left;">4. Access the "Amend Claim Amount" service.</p><p style="text-align: left;">5. Click "Submit New Application".</p><p style="text-align: left;">6. Select the enforcement case.</p><p style="text-align: left;">7. Click "Apply for Procedure".</p><p style="text-align: left;">8. Click "Amend Claim Amount Application".</p><p style="text-align: left;">9. Select the reason for amendment.</p><p style="text-align: left;">10. Enter the amount received or waived.</p><p style="text-align: left;">11. Upload supporting documentation.</p><p style="text-align: left;">12. Accept the terms and conditions.</p><p style="text-align: left;">13. Save and submit the application.</p>
Service Requirements
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> If submitted by an attorney-in-fact, the power of attorney must be current and grant the necessary authority.</li><li> The enforcement case must have a status of 'New,' 'In Progress,' 'Partially Executed,' or 'Grace Period Granted.'</li><li> No applications for case termination or a grace period may be outstanding, and the enforcement case must not have a status of 'Executed.'</li><li> There must be no transfer order issued by the enforcement judge from the Central Bank or Capital Market Authority, nor any automated transfer with a status of 'Transfer in Progress.'</li><li> No motion to 'Certify Payment' on the enforcement case may have a status of 'In Progress.'</li><li> No motion to 'Transfer Garnished Amount' on the enforcement case may have a status of 'In Progress.'</li><li> No prior application of the same type may be pending with a status of 'In Progress.'</li><li> This service is available only for 'Financial' enforcement cases.</li></ul>
