Service Requirements
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> Valid Power of Attorney (PoA) if the user is an agent acting on behalf of the enforcement applicant or is a party to the enforcement application.</li><li> Valid deed of guardianship if the user is the applicant’s guardian.</li><li> Application status: "In Progress."</li><li> No pending motion of the same type with "In Progress" status.</li><li> If multiple applicants filed the enforcement application, all applicants must file this motion.</li><li>Existence of a garnished amount.</li></ul>
Should Know
