.An electronic service that allows an heir to initiate the distribution of an estate in accordance. with statutory shares through mutual agreement, in coordination with relevant authorities

Steps

<p style="text-align: left;">1. Log in to the Merath Estates Platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.</p><p style="text-align: left;">2. Click "Electronic Services".</p><p style="text-align: left;">3. Select the "Agreed Distribution of Estate" service.</p><p style="text-align: left;">4. Click "Start Service".</p><p style="text-align: left;">5. The system displays all completed estate inventory applications that have not yet been distributed.</p><p style="text-align: left;">6. Select the estate inventory application to be distributed.</p><p style="text-align: left;">7. The system displays the types of assets related to the estate inventory application; the user selects the asset type they want to distribute.</p><p style="text-align: left;">8. First: Distribution of Financial Assets:</p><p style="text-align: left;">9. The system displays the details of the proposed distribution of financial assets.</p><p style="text-align: left;">10. Review the proposed distribution details.</p><p style="text-align: left;">11. Acknowledge, agree to terms, and authenticate via National Single Sign-On.</p><p style="text-align: left;">12. Submit the distribution application and monitor its status, including responses from other heirs.</p><p style="text-align: left;">13. Second: Distribution of Investment Assets:</p><p style="text-align: left;">14. View the investment assets linked to the estate inventory.</p><p style="text-align: left;">15. Select the distribution method for each investment asset (transfer or sale) in line with applicable regulations.</p><p style="text-align: left;">16. Review the proposed distribution details.</p><p style="text-align: left;">17. Acknowledge, agree to terms, and authenticate via National Single Sign-On.</p><p style="text-align: left;">18. Submit the distribution application and monitor its status, including responses from other heirs.</p><p style="text-align: left;">19. Third: Distribution of Real Estate:</p><p style="text-align: left;">20. View the real property associated with the estate inventory.</p><p style="text-align: left;">21. Select the distribution method for each property (transfer or sale) in line with applicable regulations.</p><p style="text-align: left;">22. Review the distribution details for each property.</p><p style="text-align: left;">23. Acknowledge, agree to terms, and authenticate via National Single Sign-On.</p><p style="text-align: left;">24. Submit the distribution application and monitor its status, including responses from other heirs.</p>



Service Requirements

<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> A valid legal heirship certificate must exist.</li><li> An estate inventory certificate must have been issued.</li><li> Distributable assets must be present.</li><li> The applicant must be one of the heirs.</li></ul>
