Book mobile notary public appointment

This online service allows users who are unable to visit a notary office to schedule an appointment with a notary public to complete the notarization process at their location. Eligible users include the elderly (60 years or older), individuals who are ill, persons with disabilities, hospital and care home residents, and holders of the Priority Card issued by the Ministry of Health.

Steps

<ol><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Navigate to "All Electronic Services".</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Select the "Appointments" package.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Choose the "Book mobile notary public appointment" service.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Click on "New Application".</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Enter the appointment details.</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Click on "Submit application".</li></ol><p>

<ul><li style="text-align: left;">This service requires a “NAFATH” account.</li><li style="text-align: left;">This service does not require visiting the notary public.</li><li style="text-align: left;">This service is provided to the entitled categories only.</li><li style="text-align: left;">The appointments of who is hospitalized or addressed to nursing and observation homes are reserved by the body’s representative.</li></ul>
