Service Requirements
<ul><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> All supporting documents required by the electronic form must be uploaded (for example, a copy of the death certificate).</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Complete details for all heirs and witnesses must be provided.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> A valid power of attorney is required if the user is acting as an agent for one of the heirs; a foreign power of attorney must be authenticated by the Ministry of Justice before attachment.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Documents issued outside the Kingdom must be authenticated by the Ministry of Justice. Foreign powers of attorney will be verified; if verification is not possible, the power of attorney must be attached to the application.</li></ul>
