<ol><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Log in to the Merath Estates platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Click on the “Electronic Services” page.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Click “Legal Heirship Certificate.”</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Click “Start Service.”</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Agree to the service terms and declarations, then enter the required details for the applicant, decedent, heirs’ identification, heirs, and witnesses.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Review the application.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Click “Save and Submit.”</li></ol>

Service Requirements
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> All supporting documents required by the electronic form must be uploaded (for example, a copy of the death certificate).</li><li> Complete details for all heirs and witnesses must be provided.</li><li> A valid power of attorney is required if the user is acting as an agent for one of the heirs; a foreign power of attorney must be authenticated by the Ministry of Justice before attachment.</li><li> Documents issued outside the Kingdom must be authenticated by the Ministry of Justice. Foreign powers of attorney will be verified; if verification is not possible, the power of attorney must be attached to the application.</li></ul>
