Steps
<ol><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Navigate to "All Electronic Services".</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select the "Social Affairs" package.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose the service "Create Marriage Contract".</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on "Use the service".</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Provide the necessary details including: bride's details, her status, groom's details, guardian's details, medical examination, dowry, terms for both groom and bride, location, attachments, and witnesses' details.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on "Submit Application".</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Receive an SMS notification with your application number and details.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">All parties (groom, bride, guardian, witnesses) will be notified via SMS to authenticate the application post-review.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The application is approved.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Sending the application to the marriage registrar.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select a marriage registrar using the Marriage Registrars' Directory service.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Provide the marriage registrar with the application number; he will log in and approve the application.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Upon approval, the marriage contract certificate is issued.</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Notification of the issuance of the marriage contract certificate is sent to all parties.</li></ol>
Service Requirements
<ol style="direction: ltr;"><li>Medical examination - mandatory for Saudi nationals only</li><li>Supporting documents as specified by the electronic form for the service</li><li>Divorce certificate number for a previously divorced bride, or a copy of the paper divorce certificate</li><li>Notarization number of the decedent's heirs' document for a widow, or a copy of the paper determination of heirs document</li><li>Details of all parties involved in the marriage contract (groom, bride, guardian, or their representatives, and the witnesses)</li><li>All parties and witnesses must be over 18 years; if the groom or bride is younger, an early marriage approval document from the competent court is needed, along with Absher-registered mobile numbers for all</li><li>The woman's guardian must follow the legal guardianship sequence; proof of guardianship transfer, if applicable, must be attached</li><li>Valid power of attorney if the applicant is an agent; if foreign, it must be certified by the Saudi Ministry of Justice</li><li>Documents issued outside Saudi Arabia must be certified by the Saudi Ministry of Justice. External powers of attorney must be verified or attached to the application</li></ol>
