Steps

Select your user role (Power of Attorney or Personal).</p><p style="text-align: left;">3. Click on the menu at the top of the page.</p><p style="text-align: left;">4. Select "Trading Services."</p><p style="text-align: left;">5. Click on "List Offer."</p><p style="text-align: left;">6. Choose one of your properties.</p><p style="text-align: left;">7. Review the property details and title deed.</p><p style="text-align: left;">8. Select the transaction type: "Open offer."</p><p style="text-align: left;">9. Enter the transaction value.</p><p style="text-align: left;">10. Select the seller's IBAN and transaction details.</p><p style="text-align: left;">11. Enter the reference number (application number) for the real estate transaction tax.</p><p style="text-align: left;">12. Review and confirm the transaction details.</p><p>
