Overview of Planning and Development Division:
The Planning and Development Division is responsible for preparing and implementing strategic plans and developing administrative organization to ensure the achievement of strategic goals, measuring performance and addressing shortcomings.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop general policies and executive plans for organizing and improving the Ministry and its affiliated entities.
• Establish general policies for building a unified source of data, processes, technical systems and services for the Ministry and its affiliated entities.
• Participate in strategic planning activities.
• Approve quality standards and criteria for the Ministry’s work and services.

Digital Transformation and ICT Division
Overview of Digital Transformation and ICT Division:
The Digital Transformation and ICT Division aims to empower the ministry, develop information technology services, and support the ministry’s digital transformation. The goal is to achieve excellent performance and high quality in services and reduce service times through modern digital technologies.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish and implement the ministry’s policies for systems, technologies, applications and technical infrastructure.
• Set priorities for digital development projects.
• Supervise the implementation of digital transformation and technical infrastructure projects originating from the Ministry's strategy.
• Monitor the implementation of the operational plans of the strategic digital plan.
• Supervise the operation and development of the technical systems of courts and notarial offices, and the ministry’s administrative, financial and common systems.
• Supervise the implementation of data sharing between the ministry and other government agencies to serve clients’ interests and the ministry’s work.
• Supervise, develop and activate business solutions with the ministry’s divisions and directorates.

Overview of Division of Shared Services:
The Division of Shared Services strives to support the ministry’s entities by efficiently planning and managing administrative, financial, HR and documentation tasks.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise the Ministry's annual budget project.
• Discuss the Ministry's annual budget with the Ministry of Finance and other relevant authorities.
• Oversee the execution of the annual budget items for the Ministry and its affiliated entities.
• Monitor construction projects and plans for the Ministry and its affiliated entities.
• Support and empower women’s participation in the Ministry’s services and work.

Division of Laws and International Cooperation
Overview of Division of Laws and International Cooperation:
The Division of Laws and International Cooperation works to uphold and achieve the principle of integrity and compatibility of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s position on the agreements, treaties and memoranda of understanding with all external parties. It also seeks to enhance Saudi Arabia’s ranking in international judicial indicators; and to manage and organize all legal systems affairs related to the ministry’s work.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
• Approve draft agreements, treaties and memoranda of understanding between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC, regional and international countries.
• Track the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s progress in international judicial indicators and addressing any challenges.
• Oversee work plans to enhance judicial cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC countries.
• Approve draft laws, regulations, agreements and memoranda of understanding for the Ministry and its affiliated entities.
• Oversee activities related to combating economic crimes, money laundering and terrorist financing and liaising with external entities.
• Oversee activities related to human lefts and responding to external entities.
• Oversee administrative investigations involving the Ministry of Justice’s staff except for judges and notaries public.

Enforcement Division
Overview of Enforcement Division:
The Enforcement Division’s mission is to enable enforcement courts and panels to exercise their authority effectively and to support the Division’s efforts to achieve its strategic objectives.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide innovative programs and methods that enable enforcement courts and panels to implement rulings, decisions and orders easily according to the latest mechanisms.
• Supervise and monitor control and inspection work for the enforcement sector.
• Supervise and monitor bank accounts for enforcement.
• Supervise and monitor the work of units and assets and respond to external entities.
• Monitor the enforcement judiciary’s requests, work to overcome any obstacles, and supervise training in coordination with the relevant training authorities.
• Develop the Ministry’s enforcement services.
• License and oversee enforcement service providers.
• Supervise the judicial support center and track the processing of enforcement applications.

Division of Property Certification and Registration
Overview of the Division of Property Certification and Registration:
The Division of Property Certification and Registration oversees its administrative units, improves and evaluates its work, and offers authentication services for clients. The Division handles the authentication of contracts, declarations, powers of attorney, marriage contracts and real estate transactions, and updates them according to the Saudi Vision 2030 through governance and digitalization of the sector. The aim is to ensure the quality of operations, protect client lefts, and deliver these services with ease and efficiency.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
• Suggest the general policies for the Division and affiliated units, and supervise implementation after adoption.
• Provide administrative and technical supervision for the Division and affiliated units, and cooperate among them to ensure coordination of activities and maximum use of available resources.
• Supervise the application of the approved laws, regulations and instructions for the Division and affiliated units.
• Supervise the study of the plans, programs, rules and instructions provided by the Division’s sectors and affiliated units, approve them under vested powers, and pursue their implementation after adoption.
• Coordinate with same-level entities in the Division’s activities.
• Participate in the committees undertaking works related to the affiliated sectors and units.
• Supervise the study of the obstacles and issues that face the work of the Division and its affiliated units, and work to overcome and solve them.
• Supervise the study of the proposals for the development of work in the Division and its affiliated administrative units, give relevant feedback, and work to adopt what has been approved.
• Supervise the identification of the needs of the Division’ sectors and units – such as staff, equipment, devices, and tools – and pursue their supply and necessary training.
• Supervise the preparation of periodic reports on the activities and achievements of the Division and affiliated units, and submit them to the deputy minister for the necessary decision.
• Prepare reports and letters within the Division's jurisdiction for His Majesty the King on issues that require instructions from him.
• Address government entities on matters related to the work of the Division.
• Participate in local, regional and international conferences, meetings and seminars related to the Division’s activities and transfer knowledge to the relevant entities.
• Perform other relevant tasks that are assigned.

Overview of Judicial Affairs Division:
The Judicial Affairs Division strives to ensure swift and fair justice by overseeing the courts and their administrative units. The Division implements, evaluates and regulates the policies of judicial work, and seeks to organize and develop its own work and judicial services to improve the effectiveness of the judicial system.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor the implementation of the annual plans for the Division and its affiliated units in alignment with the Ministry’s general objectives and policies.
• Apply the approved laws, regulations and instructions of the Division and its affiliated units.
• Enhance quality at the Division and its affiliated directorates.
• Enhance the quality of operations and performance at courts.
• Prepare performance indicators reports related to jurisdictions, and approve actions for improving performance.
