·  A statement indicating the number of branches and the names of Saudi and non-Saudi employees at each branch

·  Copies of qualifications, with originals for verification

·  Sketch of the location, stamped with the firm's stamp

·  Four new color photos; 4*6; white background

·  Personal appearance of lawyer
