The Directorate manages services related to the notarial profession, including overseeing private notaries' operations, developing notarial procedures in line with judicial legislation, and ensuring adherence to the Notarization Law and its Implementing Regulations. It conducts supervisory and monitoring functions to maintain regulatory and professional compliance. Additionally, the Directorate welcomes suggestions to improve notarial service quality, enhance private notaries' performance, and resolve challenges they encounter.
