شروط الوصول للخدمة
<ul><li>وكالة سارية المفعول، في حال كان مقدم الطلب وكيلًا عن المستفيد أو من ضمن أطراف الطلب في طلب التنفيذ</li><li>صك ولاية ساري المفعول، في حال كان مقدم الطلب وليًا على المستفيد</li><li>حالة الطلب (قيد التنفيذ) أو (تم التنفيذ جزئياً)</li><li>مضي يومي عمل من تاريخ إحالة طلب التنفيذ إلى الدائرة القضائية</li><li>عدم وجود طلب على نفس نوع الخدمة (الإجراء) لم يمضي عليه 7 يوم</li><li>هذا النوع متاح مع نوع الطلب شخصي "زيارة" فقط</li></ul><p>
