Open data is a set of public information available to everyone, enabling individuals and public and private entities to access, use, and share it for free without restrictions, according to the "Open Data Policy" issued by the National Data Management Office. This data promotes the principles of transparency, accessibility, usability, and reusability, contributing to supporting innovation and maximizing the use of data in decision-making and analysis.
The list of open data of the Ministry of Justice can be accessed through the Open Data Library, and it is also possible to access interactive reporting services to directly and interactively review the open data through the reports available on the Ministry's portal.
Procedure for Requesting Open Data
An open data request is made in case the available datasets in the Open Data Library, which the Ministry periodically publishes for the public, are insufficient. The request must not include any private or confidential data.
To submit a request for open data, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out the form below with the required information:
• Applicant's Name
• Email
• Mobile Number
• Request Subject
• Request Type
• Request Description
2. The request will be reviewed and analyzed by the relevant department, and the necessary approvals will be obtained.
3. Notify the beneficiary of the request result and respond via email.
Response time and follow-up mechanism
Expected time to complete the request: 30 working days, noting that official working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
