Steps

<ol><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Log in to Najiz platform using National Single Sign-On</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Select "All Electronic Services"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose "Powers of Attorney and Declarations"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Access "Declare receipt of amount" service</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click "New Application"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Enter the two parties' details and the declaration details</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Click on "Approve"</li></ol>

Service Requirements

<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> All parties to the declaration must be 18 years of age or older</li><li> No one of the parties to the declaration is mentally deficient</li><li> All parties to the declaration must be alive</li><li> No one of the parties to the declaration is totally or partially prohibited from disposing of the funds</li><li> The power of attorney must be valid if the applicant is an agent</li><li> The total amounts of acknowledgments of receipt of a sum of money should not exceed 3 million riyals in one Hijri year</li><li> The number of acknowledgments of receiving a sum of money should not exceed 5 in one Hijri year</li></ul>
