Steps
<p style="text-align: left;">1. Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.</p><p style="text-align: left;">2. Select "All Electronic Services."</p><p style="text-align: left;">3. Select the "Licenses" package.</p><p style="text-align: left;">4. Access the "Enforcement Service Provider License" service.</p><p style="text-align: left;">5. Click "Submit New Application."</p><p style="text-align: left;">6. Access the "Enforcement Service Providers" platform as the owner of a sole proprietorship, company manager, authorized agent under a power of attorney, or in your personal capacity.</p><p style="text-align: left;">7. Select the required service.</p><p style="text-align: left;">8. Review the application details and enter the required information.</p><p style="text-align: left;">9. Save and submit the application.</p><p style="text-align: left;">10. The application number will be displayed.</p>
Service Requirements
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> The applicant must hold a valid commercial registration for the relevant activity or a valid license authorizing the provision of the service on a fee basis within the Kingdom.</li><li> The applicant must demonstrate at least two years of experience in the field for which the license is sought or in comparable activities. The Ministry's Enforcement Division may waive this requirement if the condition set forth in paragraph (C/7) of this Article is satisfied.</li><li>The applicant must not be subject to any liquidation proceedings under the Bankruptcy Law.</li><li> The applicant's credit history must be free of any adverse information impacting their creditworthiness, as determined by the committee.</li><li> An unconditional bank guarantee in the amount of 100,000 riyals, issued by a local bank, must be provided. The guarantee must remain valid for the duration of the license and will be returned to the licensee upon expiration, provided there are no outstanding obligations or financial claims arising from the licensed services. The Enforcement Division may reduce the guarantee to one-quarter of this amount for certain categories of licensees. An insurance policy covering errors by the service provider may be submitted in lieu of the guarantee.</li><li> Applicants for the movable asset delivery service must be a duly registered company.</li><li>If the applicant is a natural person, the following conditions apply:</li><li> A. The applicant must be of full legal capacity and must not have been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty, unless rehabilitated. B. The applicant must be qualified to provide the service, as determined by the Enforcement Division; a judicial receiver must hold a valid license to practice accounting or law. C. The applicant must successfully complete the training programs and examinations specified by the Enforcement Division.</li></ul>
