Steps
<ol><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Log in to the Najiz platform using National Single Sign-On credentials. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select "All Electronic Services" and choose the "Social Affairs" package. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Access the "Add a Newborn to Heirship Certificate" service. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click "Use Service." </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select "Submit New Application." </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Enter the decedent’s heirship certificate details, including certificate number and decedent’s identification number. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Provide the applicant’s details. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Specify the capacities of all heirs. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Enter the details of the newborn to be added. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Provide the witnesses’ details. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Review the application upon completion of all entries. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The applicant will receive a text message with the application number and submission details. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Upon completion of the application review, witnesses will be notified via text message to authenticate the application.</li></ol>
Service Requirements
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> Supporting documents, such as a copy of the death certificate, must be submitted as required by the online service form. </li><li> Details of all heirs and witnesses must be provided. </li><li> A valid power of attorney is required if the applicant is acting as an agent for an heir. Alternatively, an external power of attorney, authenticated by the Saudi Ministry of Justice, must be attached. </li><li> Documents issued outside the Kingdom must be authenticated by the Saudi Ministry of Justice. If the applicant is an agent under an external power of attorney, it must be verified or attached to the application.</li></ul>
