Steps
<p style="text-align: left;">1. Log in to the Real Estate Market platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.</p><p style="text-align: left;">2. Select the user type (Power of Attorney – Personal).</p><p style="text-align: left;">3. Click the menu at the top of the page.</p><p style="text-align: left;">4. Select “Mortgage Services.”</p><p style="text-align: left;">5. Click “Discharge Mortgage.”</p><p style="text-align: left;">6. Enter the property title deed number and date, or the national ID number of one of the owners.</p><p style="text-align: left;">7. Review the deed and property details.</p><p style="text-align: left;">8. Approve the discharge of the mortgage.</p><p style="text-align: left;">9. A notification will be sent to the user to review the document once the discharge process is complete.</p>
