Customer Charter

​The Ministry of Justice gateway services to citizens and residents and visitors from all over the place. It also provides a set of special constituencies legitimate e-services. Our commitments: - Commitment to personal privacy and confidentiality of electronic transactions in accordance with our policies to comply with privacy and security. - Obligation to provide correct information through the portal and electronic systems. - Obligation to provide substantive and technical support to our customers so as to ensure maximum benefit from the gate and its services. - A commitment to seek to ensure the highest degree of continuity of our systems for the electronic clock. - Adherence to treatment and to respond to all complaints and suggestions received through electronic communication channels. - Commitment to communicate and interact with our valued customers through electronic communication and social participation provided on the portal channels.
