<ol><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Log into the Najiz portal using National Single Sign-On</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose all electronic services</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on the "enforcement" icon</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">"Click on "Apply for wage garnishment</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">"Click on "submit a new application</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose the relevant enforcement order</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">"Click on "Other motions</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">"Choose "Apply for wage garnishment</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Add reason</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Save and send</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Notification is sent once the motion is approved</li></ol>
Service Requirements
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> The service is available only after logging in. </li><li> Main instrument type: Personal – Future Alimony. </li><li> If the application is submitted by an agent, the validity of the power of attorney must be verified. </li><li> The enforcement application status must be (In Progress). </li><li> There must be no pending procedure request of the same type on the same application. </li><li> There must be no procedure request of the type (Termination / Grace Period) with a status of (In Progress). </li><li> Decision No. 73 (Deduction Decision) must have an active status. </li><li> At least 7 days must have elapsed before submitting a procedure request of the same type. </li></ul>
