Steps
<ol><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Log in to the Najiz platform using National Single Sign-On credentials. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select "All Electronic Services." </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose the "Enforcement" package. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Access the "Certify Payment" service. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click "Submit a New Application." </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select the relevant enforcement application. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Monitor the status of procedural requests. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select "Request to Certify a Payment." </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Specify the type of payment. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Identify the enforcement applicant who received the payment. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Enter the payment amount. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Upload supporting documentation. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Complete the declaration. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Save and submit the application. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The enforcement applicant will receive a text message notification. </li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">The enforcement applicant will approve or reject the request.</li></ol>
Service Requirements
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> The enforcement application must be in “In Progress” status.</li><li> There must be no pending application for enforcement document termination in “In Progress” status.</li><li> There must be no pending application for a grace period in “In Progress” or “Under Processing” status.</li><li> There must be no pending application for transfer from the panel or automatic transfer in “In Progress” status.</li><li> There must be no pending application to transfer a reserved amount in “In Progress” status.</li><li> There must be no duplicate application of the same type in “In Progress” status.</li><li> This service applies only to financial and personal-status (maintenance and dowry) applications.</li></ul>
