Terminate Enforcement Application

This electronic service enables the enforcement applicant to apply for the termination of the enforcement instrument due to amicable settlement; waiver; or receipt of amount, real estate property or custodial child

Access the Service

Steps

<ol><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Navigate to "All Electronic Services"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select the "Enforcement" package</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose the "Terminate enforcement application" service</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on "New Application"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Select the enforcement application you want to terminate</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on "Terminate enforcement application."</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Specify the reason</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Save and submit</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Confirm termination of application</li></ol><p>

Service Requirements

<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> A valid PoA</li><li> if the applicant is an agent on behalf of the beneficiary or is among the parties in the enforcement application
A valid deed of guardianship</li><li> if the applicant is the beneficiary's guardian
"Application status must be: "Under enforcement" or "Enforced
</li></ul>

<p>The application filer must be the enforcement applicant or his agent, or the representative of a corporate personality</p>
