Steps
<p style="text-align: left;">1. Log in to Najiz platform using National Single Sign-On</p><p style="text-align: left;">2. Select "All Electronic Services"</p><p style="text-align: left;">3. Choose "Powers of Attorney and Declarations"</p><p style="text-align: left;">4. Access "Replicate power of attorney" service</p><p style="text-align: left;">5. Click "New Application"</p><p style="text-align: left;">6. Enter the desired PoA's number, with the national ID number of one of the parties</p><p style="text-align: left;">7. Choose the type of replication.</p><p style="text-align: left;">8. Enter the required details of the principal(s), agent(s), and PoA terms and duration</p><p style="text-align: left;">9. Click on "Approve"</p><p style="text-align: left;">10. The user is notified of PoA issuance via SMS</p>

Should Know
<ul><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">The user can replicate either the power of attorney terms or the power of attorney terms and agents, as desired</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">The replicated power of attorney is not required to be valid</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">The user does not have to be a party to the replicated power of attorney</li><li style="direction: ltr; text-align: left;">Only the currently effective terms will be replicated; the terms that are ineffective in the power of attorney system will be excluded</li></ul>
