Steps
<ol><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Log into the Najiz portal using National Single Sign-On</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose all electronic services</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Click on the "enforcement" icon</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">"Click on " Apply for reactivating enforcement application</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">"Click on "submit a new application</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Choose the relevant enforcement order</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">"Click on “Other motions</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">"Choose “Apply for reactivating enforcement application</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Add reason</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Upload attachment</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;">Save and send</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Enforcement applicant and debtor will be notified once the motion is approved</li></ol>
Service Requirements
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li>• A valid PoA</li><li>if the applicant is an agent on behalf of the beneficiary or is among the parties in the enforcement application• A valid deed of guardianship</li><li>if the applicant is the beneficiary's guardian• Application status must be: “Grace period granted"• Grace period has ended• If the enforcement application was filed by several applicants</li><li>all of them must file the motion</li></ul>
Should Know
<p>The application filer must be the enforcement applicant or his agent, or the representative of a corporate personality</p>
