Service Requirements
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> The service is available only after logging in and selecting the main instrument type (Personal – Custody). </li><li> If the application is submitted by an agent, the validity of the power of attorney must be verified. </li><li> The enforcement application status must be either (In Progress) or (Partially Completed). </li><li> There must be no procedure request of the same type with a status of (In Progress) on the same application. </li><li> At least 7 days must have elapsed since the date of submission of the previous application if its status was (Completed or Rejected). </li><li> There must be a procedure request of the type (Notification / Grace Period) with a status of (In Progress) under Decision No. 34. </li><li> The enforcement period must have expired following notification, and there must be no active enforcement decision through associations. </li></ul>
