Service Requirements
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li>Valid Power of Attorney (PoA) if the user is an agent acting on behalf of the enforcement applicant or is a party to the enforcement application.</li><li>Valid deed of guardianship if the user is the applicant’s guardian.</li><li>Application status: "In Progress."</li><li>Garnished amount with SAMA information indicating: "Garnished; amount complete; transfer failed," or "Garnished; amount incomplete," or Capital Markets Authority information stating "Stocks have been garnished."</li><li>No similar motion filed within the past 7 days.</li><li>No request for a grace period or termination with a status other than "Implemented."</li><li>No transfer request by the judicial panel or automatic transfer from SAMA or Capital Markets Authority with "Transfer in Progress" status.</li></ul>
