Service Requirements

<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li>Valid agency includes the article of pleading, if the applicant is an agent to the applicant</li><li>Valid guardianship decree, if the applicant is a guardian to the applicant</li><li>In commercial cases, the applicant must be a lawyer under the virtue of a valid attorney license in accordance to the Law of commercial courts</li><li>enter the objectional statement in the appropriate slot and attach all supporting documents</li></ul>

</p><ul><li style="text-align: left;">The submission of application of judgments overturn must be within the objectional notice of the judgement.</li><li style="text-align: left;">The objectional notice vary based on the case's classification. It starts from delivery of judgment, for judgments in proper persona, and from the notifying of the judgment, in judgements in absentia.</li><li style="text-align: left;">Legal material related to the objections applications are: the Laws of Commercial Courts and its executive regulation, Law of Civil Procedure before Sharia Court and its executive regulation, Law of Criminal Procedures and its executive regulation and the Appealing Regulation.</li><li style="text-align: left;">this service does not require visiting the court.</li></ul>
