<ol><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Log in to Najiz platform using National Single Sign-On</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Select "All Electronic Services"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Choose "Powers of Attorney and Declarations"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Access "Declare waiver of amount" service</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Click "New Application"</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Enter the two parties' details and the declaration details</li><li style="text-align: left; direction: ltr;"> Click on "Approve"</li></ol>

Service Requirements

<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li>All parties must be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>None of the parties may lack mental capacity.</li><li>All parties must be alive.</li><li>None of the parties may be legally restricted from managing or disposing of funds.</li><li>A valid power of attorney is required if the applicant is acting as an authorized representative.</li></ul>
