Access "Declare Renunciation of Inheritance Share" service5. Click "File a New Application"6. Enter the parties' details7. Enter the declaration details8. Review and approve submission

Service Requirements

<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li>All parties must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>None of the parties may lack mental capacity</li><li>None of the parties may be deceased</li><li>None of the parties may be legally restricted from managing or disposing of funds</li><li>A valid power of attorney is required if the applicant is acting as an authorized representative</li></ul>
